How do I know which frame fits me?
Each frame page lists lens width, bridge and arm length. If you already own sunglasses you love, compare the numbers printed inside the arm. Still unsure? Message us and we'll help.
Can I get prescription lenses?
Not yet. Every UBU frame ships with non-prescription UV400 lenses. A local optician can usually fit prescription lenses to our frames.
How does customizing work?
Pick your frame colour, gemstone, lens and medallion on the frame's page. The price updates as you choose, and your pair is finished to order.
When will my order arrive?
Ready-to-ship pairs leave Dallas within 2 business days. Customized pairs take 7 to 10 business days to finish before shipping.
